Face Data Collection and Usage

Our app, CoptKat, collects and processes facial data to provide its core functionality of transferring facial expressions from videos to images. Here's what you need to know about how we handle face data:

• Data Collected: We collect facial expressions, poses, and appearance data from the videos you upload.
• Usage: This data is used solely to transfer facial expressions from your video to your chosen image using our AI models.
• Third-Party Sharing: We do not share any face data with third parties. All processing is done using our own AI models.
• Data Storage: The resulting images are stored in our database and are only accessible to you, the user who created them.
• Retention Period: Face data from videos is only used during the AI processing and is not retained. The resulting images are stored in your account until you choose to delete them or delete your account.
• Data Deletion: You can delete your account at any time through the app's account settings. Upon account deletion, all your data, including processed images, will be permanently removed from our database.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your face data responsibly. The facial data itself is only used during the inference process in our model and is not stored separately from your videos and resulting images.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so directly within the app in the account settings section. Follow the instructions to confirm your account deletion.
